Refund Policy

All sales are final. In the unfortunate instance an item is damaged during shipping, please make sure you alert us by email at: within 15 days of purchase. A new item will be sent to you immediately to replace any damaged goods free of all charges.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your damaged item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and images of the damaged product.
