All sales are final. In the unfortunate instance an item was damaged during the printing process, please make sure you alert us by email at: email@example.com within 10 days of purchase. Please send as many images as possible, these are used to ensure the best quality moving forward with the printers. Based on individual assessment, a new item will be sent to you immediately to replace any damaged goods free of all charges.
Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your damaged item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and images of the damaged product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send images of the damaged product to: firstname.lastname@example.org for quality assurance and check. Upon approval, a new item will be shipped to you immediately free of all charges.
There are certain situations exchanges are not granted (if applicable)
Any item that is reported damaged after more than 10 days after delivery is non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the printing process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do our best not to keep you waiting. Products will be addressed on a per issue basis. Items lost in the mail. If your address was entered incorrectly, please locate your tracking information and contact the carrier to correct this information. Once products have left the USA, the receiver is in charge of contacting the post office according to carrier sensitive information.
Returns and refunds are not offered on Pre-ordered deck. Please make sure you read the website for expected delivery dates, and give us a holler if you have any questions.
