All sales are final. In the unfortunate instance an item is damaged upon arrival, please make sure you alert us by email at: email@example.com within 10 days of purchase. A new item will be sent to you immediately to replace any damaged goods free of all charges.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your damaged item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and images of the damaged product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send images of the damaged product to: firstname.lastname@example.org for quality assurance and check. Upon approval, a new item will be shipped to you immediately free of all charges.
There are certain situations exchanges are not granted (if applicable)
Any item that is reported damaged after more than 10 days after delivery.
