Return Policy

Thank YOU for YOUR Support and Purchase. Please remember that this is an indie created, produced and publsihed deck. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We try to remain as fair as possible with our products. However, we base everything on a case by case basis. If a refund if offered to you there is $3.5 restocking fee to cover the costs of the refund that is charged to Jillian C. Wilde's store.

This store will not refund decks because a customer is unhappy with the artwork or productions. It will not refund decks because the customer is unhappy using it in Tarot readings, you provide the wrong address, failure to claim package, or simply has a "change of mind". ALL packages are tracked, and we are able to see when they left, the route they took and the time they are delivered. If for some reason you did not receive a tracking number, the exact number/info will be forwarded to you again upon request.

If there is a flaw with an order, such as a missing card/item in the order, or damage within the order not caused by the carrier, then contact jillian@jilliancwilde.com . Each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please be prepared to share photos. This helps me correct the situation and address the printers. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, receipts, images and/or the damaged product and images of the damaged product.

Our policy on any damaged decks is 5 days from arrival/delievery. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact us at: thenakedhearttarot@jilliancwild.com. Let us know what is going on, so we can help you. Rude and tormenting emails will not be addressed. We handled each customer with love and respect and appreciate the same in return. Afterall, we are all in the healing business together.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to the production process.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do our best not to keep you waiting.

Domestic Orders (United States)

All orders within the U.S. are shipped USPS, which depending upon location, takes 1-10 days. USPS does not guarantee this, and neither does The Jillian C. Wilde Inc. If your product has not arrived within the allotted days, please allow two more business days to pass before connecting with us. 10/10 the package will be there before you hear back from us.

Lost or damaged items caused by USPS/Shipping/Freight companies are NOT the responsibility of The Naked Heart Tarot or Jillian C. Wilde. It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS/Shipping/Freight company.

International Orders (Everywhere else in the world)

All orders are shipped USPS International. The time it takes to receive the package depends upon location. Customers are responsible for tracking their package, and for all customs, VAT, or handling fees upon arrival. Once the order is shipped, Jillian C. Wilde Inc is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.

Please note: Refunds will not be given for failure to claim package from customs. If orders are returned to sender: Jillian C. Wilde, and the customer wishes for it to be resent, then the customer must pay the shipping fees, and for customs.
