After the checkout process, you are automatically sent tracking information for your purchase. Please make sure you check this email to keep current with where your package is.  

All items ship from the USA from a drop shipper. This is what makes it possible for me to ship to you so it is affordable.

Non-USA shoppers, please check your local country laws for duties and taxes that may apply once shipped. Please also take customs into account with delivery times, and possible delays.

US Delivery Times - US packages are delivered using either USPS or FedEx and take approximately between 4 - 10 business days. 

International Order Times - International orders are delivered using Ascendia Priority Tracked and can take approximately between 4 - 21 business days, please take customs into consideration with this time. Please note, shipping carriers change as rates change. Real time shipping fees are calculated at the checkout. 

If ordering a package as a gift, please make sure you check the delivery times that are clearly posted at the checkout. Jillian C. Wilde is not responsible for late or delayed packages. All shipping information is clearly stated on the website, at the checkout and in the order confirmation you receive once your order is placed.
